The Wareham Fire Department started the workweek by knocking down a blazing fire in a trash truck just before exit 21 on I-195 East at about 7 a.m. on Monday morning. 

When crews arrived, the tractor was fully engulfed in flames, and all occupants were safely out of the vehicle.

The fire was quickly extinguished and the truck was towed.
