Looking for a spot to launch a kayak or canoe? Check out Whitlock's Landing on Glen Charlie Road in East Wareham for quick and easy access to the Agawam Mill Pond. 

Despite its compact size, this property provides a convenient entry point into the upper Agawam River, where guests can partake in miles of recreational paddling. Bring along a fishing pole (and freshwater fishing license!) to see what you can catch. 

The Agawam is also a great spot to watch for osprey as they dive for fish in the flowing waters. As you explore the many inlet marshes, keep an eye out for turtles and frogs. Spend an hour, or spend a day, enjoying the beautiful waters of one of Wareham's most treasured waterways.
