ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sand, prepare and apply bottom paint. Washing, waxing and polishing metal Perform tasks such as cleaning teak and compounding Interior and engine cleaning as needed Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums and other equipment to meet service expectations Inspect products overall condition so it will be acceptable to the customer To carry out those duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor Available to work overtime when required TECHNICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Previous marina experience preferred Ability to ascend and descend a ladder Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds MINIMUM SOFT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers’ needs Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context Eager to engage in a growing, fast paced, and industry-leading company THE COMPANY Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is the largest owner and operator of marinas in the world.
