The summer is on its way, and the both the Main Library and the Spinney Branch Library will continue to serve the citizens of Wareham!

Library Hours remain unchanged. The Main Library at 59 Marion Road is open Tuesday from 10 am to 7 pm; Thursday 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.

The Spinney Memorial Branch Library's hours also remain unchanged. The Branch is open on Monday from 9 am to 2 pm and Wednesday from 9 am to 2 pm.

In addition, watch for the announcements for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Wareham Free Library at its 59 Marion Road location. The Main Library opened its doors in the first town-owned library building on May 6, 1991. The celebration will take place on June 18th. From 11 am to noon there will be activities for children. Noon to 1:00, the staff, Friends, Foundation and Trustees will offer slices of birthday cake to party attendees, and from 1 to 2:30 pm, the New England Irish Harp Orchestra will be performing.
