"FIVE STARS!!! At the beginning of the year, we renewed our dental insurance. As usual, our family had appointments for our annual cleaning. To our surprise at our appointments, we discovered that our small dental office was now part of a big company. The lack of personal service, consistency of our doctor and hygienist was lost. We no longer felt comfortable using them. Needless to say, the search was on to find another provider. In our local paper an advertisement caught my eye for Southcoast Dental.
I called the office to make sure they accepted my insurance and to let them know that I did have a need to see the dentist right away. To my amazement, the warm and friendly phone conversation led to an appointment for myself and my son that week. Never did I expect to find the hometown dentist to be so accommodating, knowledgeable , and be state-of-the-art with all the bells and whistles of a modern practice.
From beginning to end, the experience was flawless and a joyful experience. Never did I think I would say that about a visit to the dentist.
