NBSO to present FREE Summer Concert Series

Jul 15, 2019

New Bedford Symphony Orchestra musicians will be popping up all over New Bedford and Fall River for the FREE Music in the City concert series!

The NBSO received $30,000 from the Creative Commonwealth Initiative of the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts to support “public art” in New Bedford and Fall River this summer. All are in agreement that free, outdoor music is a great form of public art.

Over 20 concerts are taking place this summer at New Bedford and Fall River libraries, city halls, parks, community centers, and other outdoor public locations. Here is the current list for July but be sure to search for #NBSOmusicinthecity on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, visit www.nbsymphony.org, or email info@nbsymphony.org for more dates and locations.
