Veteran’s and military members are invited to enjoy coffee and conversation on Friday May 24th, 9am-11am, as we kick off Memorial Day Weekend. Socialize, share experiences and knowledge, and connect with fellow Veterans over beverages and baked goods. Veteran’s in the community are invited to enjoy a cup of coffee with fellow military members who have served in times of war and peace as we make our way into Memorial Day weekend.  There will be information on Veterans support services and a representative from the local Vet Center will be on hand to answer questions. This free community event is open to Veteran’s of the U.S. military service branches and we are hosting this coffee social in the lobby of the Y along with the Wareham/New Bedford Elks Lodge.
