Bradford Hammond of Graham, North Carolina formerly of Onset died from a long illness on May 4, 2015 at the age of 64. Born in Wareham son of the late Carleton D. Hammond and Margery (Morse) Hammond graduated from Wareham High School. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran.

He worked for over 40 years as a welder, which he excelled at, until his sickness.

He is survived by his longtime companion Sylvia Allen of North Carolina, his son Justin (wife Sasha) of California, his daughters Carolyn Hatten of Florida and Laura Greenhalyh of North Carolina, his brother Brian Hammond (wife Carol) of Plymouth, sister Bonnie Main of Weymouth and sister-in-law Elaine Hammond of Onset. He was predeceased by his brother Barry C. Hammond of Bridgewater.

A graveside service will take place on Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. at the Long Neck Cemetary Onset Ave, Onset.
