A pickup truck crashed into a wooded area behind the Church of the Nazarene, 6 Rogers Ave., just before noon on Thursday.

According to emergency broadcasts, the driver was found unresponsive behind the wheel. Broadcasts stated the driver was administered Narcan, a drug used to revive overdose victims, but did not wake up. The driver was taken to Tobey Hospital by Wareham EMS for treatment. The victim’s current condition and the cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
