A two-car accident at the Depot Street intersection sent at least one person to Tobey Hospital on Monday, November 21.

The accident happened in the early evening hours. The two vehicles came to rest facing each other head-on. One of the vehicles was on fire when the firefighters arrived at the scene.

The circumstances of the crash could not immediately be confirmed. It is unclear how many passengers were in each of the cars or whether anyone else was injured.
