Douglas L. Baker, 75 of Bourne, MA, formerly of Wareham, passed away on October 23, 2024, at Royal Cape Cod in Bourne, MA after a short illness.

Doug was born on April 1, 1949, in Taunton, MA. He was son to the late Lester S. Baker and Virginia M. Baker.

Doug is survived by his 3 children, Nicole Tran, Jacob Baker and Andrew Baker, his 3 brothers Malcom Baker, Hollis Baker and Carlton Baker, several nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Doug was known for his kind heart and funny sense of humor. He was an avid fly fisherman who enjoyed spending much of his time on the Cape Cod Canal. He was a lifelong self-employed carpenter and loved spending time with his friends and family.

He is well loved and will be greatly missed.
