The Encompass Community For Independent Learning is a new group forming in Dartmouth, MA. Our mission is to provide experiential offerings and free/affordable resources to homeschool families and life-long learners of all ages. We aim to build a hub of information centered upon curiosity, generated by and for Independent Learners!

All Weather Friends Nature School Ample time for personal exploration and free play, artfully balanced by an (optional) guided, in-depth adventure experience! Nature study and mindfulness activities, culminating in the group’s picnic lunch. For ages 7-14, Monday and Wednesday 9:15am-12:30pm

Encompass On Campus Short Courses in special interest topics such as Music, Drama, STEAM and Foreign Language lead by an expert in their field. Percussion, Improv and Mini-maker Space beginning October 4th! 6 week courses for ages 7-10 and 11-14 on Wednesday afternoons

FREE events for whole families once a month: We are hosting AHEM (Advocates of Home Education in Massachusetts) for a workshop on how to Get Started Homeschooling on Wednesday October 11th, Patrick Farenga will be present for a Q & A Chat about Unschooling on November 29th, “Dear Younger Me; An Elder Wisdom Circle” on Wednesday December 13th.
