Join us for this annual event full of Halloween family fun at Spinney Memorial Library on Saturday, October 29th from Noon-3:00. Cookie decorating, craft making, "scary" stories and a costume parade through the Village complete with trick or treating. Free! Costumes for children and adults highly encouraged.
