TLC was founded by local Registered. nurses who recognized a need in our area for help with family members who require assistance in caring for themselves, and whom might not have family available to assist. If your loved one has a diagnosis or condition that limits activities of daily living, it doesn’t mean they stop living. Familiar surroundings and daily routines are important to maintaining health.
