Virtual Event: Housing Rights and Options for Older Adults

Sign up to join the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries on Friday, March 12, at 1 p.m. for an important discussion about housing rights and options for people sixty years of age and older. Andrew Bardetti, an attorney with South Coastal Counties Legal Services’ Senior Law Project, will share information about tenant and homeowner rights as well as alternative housing options, such as nursing home and assisted living facilities.
South Coastal Counties Legal Services (SCCLS) is a private, non-profit law firm and is the principal provider of free civil legal assistance to low-income and poor individuals, families, elders, and the disabled throughout Southeastern Massachusetts including Cape Cod and the Islands. Mr. Bardetti specializes in the areas of housing, benefits, and healthcare law.
