What’s Your Gut Feeling? 3 Keys to Create a Healthy Mindset

Join the Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries on Thursday, January 18, at 6:30 p.m. to hear integrative health coach Sara Englis discuss how gut health, nutrition basics, and a mindset grounded in scientific evidence can help people take control of their health.  She has a proven track record of helping people lose weight, reduce stress, increase energy, and improve sleep.  The presentation will be held at the Dartmouth North Branch Library. 

Sara Englis is a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with additional certificates in Gut Health, Mindfulness Fundamentals, and Mindfulness Education.  She received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Skidmore College.  Sara has over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of people of all ages to improve their gut health with diet and lifestyle changes and 25+ years of teaching experience.  She founded Empowered Healthy Living to help people take control of their health by giving them the tools to choose healthy lifestyle choices.
