A lucky ticket holder is $1 million richer after purchasing a Powerball ticket in East Wareham.

Massachusetts State Lottery officials say the ticket is one of three that matched all five numbers (minus the Powerball) purchased on Oct. 17. Two other $1 million winning tickets were sold in Kentucky and New Jersey. Nobody won the jackpot, which is now $430 million.

The Massachusetts ticket was bought at the Stop & Shop in East Wareham on Wednesday night.

A manager at the store declined to comment on the winning ticket being sold. 

The next drawing is scheduled for Saturday night.
