The Dick Melloni Youth Foundation kicks off the 2013 holiday season with a it’s annual Dick Melloni Memorial Christmas Toy Drive Dinner and Dance on Saturday evening, Dec. 7, 2013 at the Wareham Lodge of Elks, located at 2855 Cranberry Highway.

This annual charity dinner and dance was started in 1993 to raise funds to provide Christmas gifts to children of needy families in Wareham and it’s surrounding communities.  Last year the Dick Melloni Youth Foundation Christmas Toy Drive provided toys to over 700 children in Wareham and it’s surrounding communities.

The toys are delivered to families in need by uniformed members of the Wareham and Onset Fire Departments just in time for holiday celebration.  This year’s festivities will include a buffet dinner with salad and dessert and music is provided by DJ Eddie Freitas.

Only 280 tickets are available for the dinner and dance.
