Advantage Truck Group honors Wareham resident with legacy award
Wareham resident Nicholas Sabatino, shop foreman at Advantage Truck Group in Raynham, has received the 2023 Pete DePina Legacy Award.
“Nick’s leadership skills create an atmosphere around camaraderie, trust and integrity. He is an approachable mentor who actively listens, cares about others, and always focuses on what matters most to his team and to our customers. He is a shining example of leadership, compassion and unwavering dedication in our network,” Advantage Truck Group President & CEO Kevin Holmes said.
The highest recognition that an Advantage Truck Group team member can receive, this annual award was created as a memorial to Advantage Truck Group employee Napoleon “Pete” DePina and honors an individual at each Advantage Truck Group location in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont who most embodies the values and qualities DePina was known for, including integrity and a quiet leadership grounded in humility, generosity and selfless service to others.
“Our ability to provide the best service experience for our customers reflects the dedication and contributions of our team members,” Holmes said. “This award helps us honor those who go beyond expectations, and whose efforts and attitude, like Pete’s, elevate the quality of service across our network and make a positive impact on the people around them.”
