Ami A. Desmond, 50, of Wareham, died November 23, 2021, at home. She was the daughter of the late Daniel J. Desmond, Sr. and Ruth Ann (Swanson) Desmond.  

She was born in Brockton and lived in East Bridgewater for many years before moving to Wareham 7 years ago. She graduated from Cardinal Spellman High School.

Ms. Desmond worked as a medical secretary for several years.

She enjoyed cooking for her friends and family. She also enjoyed family vacations, some of her favorite spots were Disney World, St. Augustine and Cancun. 

Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca S. Dadak of Holbrook; a step daughter, Kathleen Dadak-Martin of Holbrook; a sister, Tammy Morrissey of Buzzards Bay; a brother, Daniel J. Desmond, Jr. of Bellingham; a grandson, Landon Martin; a nephew, Cameron Morrissey; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
