Artland D. Campbell, 44, of Parkwood Beach, Wareham, formerly of S. Dennis died Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at his home unexpectedly. He was the husband of Lynn J. (Gagnon) Campbell.

Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, he was the son of the late Artland and Imogene (Hyman) Campbell. Artland immigrated to the United States in 1999 first to Michigan, and moved to Cape Cod in 2000. He recently moved to Wareham in February.

Artland worked as a chef for many years at the Hearth and Kettle Restaurant in Yarmouth and Bobby Byrnes Pub. Most recently he worked for RegalCare in Harwich.

He is survived by his wife Lynn of Wareham; his children, Holly Soneye of Wareham, Zackerry Campbell of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Lorenzo Campbell of Destin, FL and Lacey Butland of Sandwich; his siblings, Richard Campbell, Prince Roberts, Preston Smith, Christopher Smith, Abdel Campbell, Peter Beckford and Roxanne Campbell all of Jamaica. He was predeceased by his brother, the late Steve Campbell.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 4–7 p.m. A service of remembrance will take place at 7 p.m.
