The ballot also features 11 ballot questions, which ask voters to approve changes to the Town Charter approved by Town Meeting in October.
The ballot questions are as follows:

- Question 3: To approve adding a section to the Charter that limits the eligibility of any elected official to hold any municipal position of employment while holding office unless a hiring has first been approved by an annual Town Meeting.
- Question 4: To approve an amendment to the Charter that relates to limiting the role of the Board of Selectmen in the day-to-day administration of the town, which is delegated to the Town Administrator.
- Question 5: To approve a Charter change that clarifies the time when the Town Administrator's appointments become effective and the time frame that the Board of Selectmen has to affirm or reject such appointments.
- Question 6: To approve a Charter change requiring the School Committee to submit its budget to the Town Administrator 90 days before the Town Administrator must submit the budget to the Board of Selectmen. The change also requires the School Committee to hold a public joint budget meeting with other town officials.
- Question 7: To approve a Charter amendment regarding the procedure by which the Town Administrator may submit and gain approval for plans of organization or reorganization.
- Question 8: To approve a Charter change which requires copies of rules and journals be kept in the office of the Town Clerk.
- Question 9: To approve amendments to the Charter which revise the definitions of the words "policy" and "qualify."
- Question 10: To approve a change to the Charter which reorganizes the ballot format for recall petitions and candidates in recall elections.
- Question 11: To approve amendments to the Charter which provide for the election of a Sewer Commission and for a transition of powers and duties regarding sewering from the Board of Selectmen to that Sewer Commission.
