Boat raffle to benefit community organizations

A 27-foot Sea Ray Amberjack is being raffled off on June 30 at 7 p.m. to benefit the Wareham Boy’s & Girl’s Club, Gianna’s House, and the Onset Bay Association Summer of Love concert series.

Don't want the boat? The winner can opt for $5,000 in cash instead.

The raffle will be held at the in the Wareham Community Television (WCTV) parking lot at 505 Main Street. The cost is $50 per ticket. A maximum 1,000 tickets will be sold.

The boat is a 1988 27’ Sea Ray Amberjack powered by twin 5.7L Mercruisers with Alpha 1 drives. It was professionally serviced two years ago.

It is equipped with a Garmin 215 GPS plotter, Icom ICM45 VHF, a Si-Tex Pro Fish fish finder, Standard DSM 30 depth sounder, guest remote control spotlight, a Ritchie flush mount compass, and Lewmar windlass.
