The Boys & Girls Club of Wareham is gearing up for the 7th annual gala fundraiser on June 15 at the Kittanset Club in Marion starting at 5 p.m.

Formerly known as the Kukoo Gala, it’s the biggest fundraising event the club has, raising approximately $35,000 each year.

The money helps to sponsor after-school programs for children ages 7 to 14. It also helps to buy new equipment and support the day-to-day functions of the club.
