CEDA to hold public hearing on community needs and priorities
The Town and its Community and Economic Development Authority are seeking public input about the priorities, needs and concerns of the community.
Residents, community organizations, and service providers are invited to voice their opinions at a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10 at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium.
Feedback received during this hearing will be considered as CEDA develops its community development strategy and plans this year's Community Development Block Grant Mini-Entitlement grant application. The Community Development Block Grant Program is administered by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
CEDA also welcomes comments in writing. Written comments should be addressed to CEDA Director Salvador Pina at 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571. Written comments can also be submitted in person and via e-mail at ceda@wareham.ma.us.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with limited mobility. If you require language translation, an interpreter, or another special accommodation, contact Jaime Rebhan, Senior Program Manager, at 508-291-3100, ext. 3174, or at jrebhan@wareham.ma.us by June 8, 2015.
