Charlotte N. (Young) Hubbard, 101, died Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Royal Cape Cod Nursing Home in Buzzards Bay. She was the wife of the late Thomas Morganti, the late Joseph Van Rose and the late George R. Hubbard.

Born in Brighton, she was the daughter of the late May Alice (Brown) and Ralph Young. She was a previous resident of Camden, ME where she graduated high school. Mrs. Hubbard was an LPN at Northern Cumberland Memorial Hospital in Bridgton, ME. She also lived in Wareham for many years before moving to Buzzards Bay in 2001.

Mrs. Hubbard was a member of Bay Community Alliance Church in Buzzards Bay. She was an accomplished landscape artist and pianist.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Metros of Dracut, Jan Stinson of Harrisburg, PA, Alice Rose of Casco, ME, Janice Rose of Conway, NH and Glennis Van Rose of Onset. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, the late Joe Morgan.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Bay Community Alliance Church, 40 Cypress St., Buzzards Bay at 11 AM. Visiting will be Thursday at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham from 6 – 8 PM. Interment in Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne will be private.
