A chicken bake and surprise auction to support the Wareham Firemen's Association scholarship fund will be held at Redmen Hall on Saturday, March 30. The event will begin at 6 p.m. 

Tickets are $20 each and include salad, half a barbecue chicken, potato, vegetable, rolls, butter, coffee and dessert.

Tickets must be purchased by March 22 and can be obtained by calling Howie Smith at 508-295-4679, Missy Bourne at 508-295-6534 or Ken Jordan at the Wareham Fire Department. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Attendees should bring a new or re-purposed item for the surprise auction.

All proceeds will benefit the Association's Scholarship Fund. Scholarship applications are available at the Wareham High School Guidance Office.
