Clifford Ned Robinson, 64, of Onset, died March 7, 2022 at Tobey Hospital. He was the husband of Sharon L. (Rose) Robinson and the son of the late Henry and Delores (Allen) Robinson.

He was born in Fall River and lived in Onset for many years. He graduated from Durfee High School in Fall River.

Cliff worked as a pressman for over 30 years for the Fall River Herald News. He was recognized and received a commendation by the Mayor of Fall River in recognition of his heroic efforts that saved the lives of his neighbors by alerting them to a fire in their building.

Cliff enjoyed fishing, winter camping, boating, landscaping, vacations in Maine and New Hampshire, and selflessly helping his family, neighbors, and friends. He also took pleasure in volunteering his services in maintaining the Leonard C. Lopes Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon L. (Rose) Robinson; 7 brothers, Elliot Robinson of Swansea, Jesse Robinson of Fall River, Anthony Robinson of Providence, James Robinson of West Warwick, Scott Robinson of Fall River, Oliver Robinson of Fall River and Henry Robinson of New Bedford, stepmother Leola Robinson of Fall River, and daughter Amy Robinson of Somerville, in addition to many nephews and nieces.

Visiting hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2022 in Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be private.
