Conway on the Bay real estate agents Julie Johnson and Janet Maxim were honored for their performances at the Jack Conway and Company’s mid-year awards breakfast on July 12.

Held in Mansfield, the event recognized Johnson as a top lister and Maxim as the top sales agent.

Jack Conway CEO and President Carol Bulman welcomed hundreds of sales associates at the event. She spoke about the “heartbeat and culture” of the 60-year-old company, which achieved $1 billion in sales in 2015.

“It isn’t the number of homes we sell or the money we earn that sets us apart from our competitors,” said Bulman. “When someone in our company is hurting, we hurt collectively. When they succeed, we celebrate with them. We treat our customers the same way.”

Bulman also announced a double digit increase in the firm’s sales over the first six months of 2015.
