Dwayne “Tuttie” Borges, 23, of Wareham, died Wednesday, Oct. 8 at Boston Medical Center.

Born in Wareham, he was the son of Desirey Borges of Wareham and Carlton Pocknett of Cape Cod. He graduated from Wareham High School.

Dwayne is survived by his parents; his two brothers, Carlton Borges and Isaiah Borges both of Wareham; his maternal grandmother, Deolinda Borges of Wareham; his girlfriend of 3 ½ years, Mariah Karvonen and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham on Wed., Oct. 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Thurs., Oct. 16 at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Tihonet Rd., Wareham at 10 a.m.
