Officers responded to an alarm sounding at the Mayflower Liquors, 3130 Cranberry Highway, around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, according to a statement from the police.

Upon their arrival, the officers noticed that a section of the rear area of the building had been removed, which allowed access inside the package store. The police reports state that a brief struggle occurred before Mignault was subdued and placed under arrest and he was noted to be highly intoxicated during the incident.
