Edward Madge, 64, of Wareham, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Tobey Hospital. Edward was the husband of Lynne (Daoust) Madge. Edward was born in Glasgow, Scotland, on May 5, 1951. He was the son of the late Edwin Madge and Sarah (McConville) Madge, Boraski. He came to the United States at the age of 5 and his family lived in Boston, Hyde Park and Roslindale. He attended Boston Public Schools and worked as a sprinkler fitter with the Boston Sprinkler Fitters Union.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Matthew Madge and his wife Ashley, of Wareham, and Michael Madge, of Wareham. He was the brother of Mary Alice Connors and her husband Thomas, of Rockland, and the loving grandfather of Mia, Ava and Sophia.

Memorial visiting hours will be held on Thursday, Jan. 21, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. in the Wareham Village Funeral Home, 5 Center St. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
