Elizabeth (Freeman) Jones,74 of New Bedford, also known as "Betty or Gramma" peacefully passed away surrounded by her family September 17^th, 2022.

Betty leaves behind her husband, Joel Jones, her Brother Lawrence Freeman Jr, Sisters; Eleanor Lovell, Dorothy, and Judy Kaufman. Sons, David Adams, Robert "Bobby" Adams, and William "Billy" Byrd Jr. 9 Grandchildren; Sheena "Beana" Adams, Amanda Adams, Alexis Rose, Eric Rose Sr, Christopher Rose, Tyler Brown, William "Billy" Byrd III, Sophia Murphy and Aubri Ravida. 2 Great grandchildren; Eric "Ej" Rose Jr and Bella Rose. Betty is pre-deceased by her parents Irene Brackett and Lawrence Freeman Sr, her daughter Patricia "Patty" Adams, Brother Warren Freeman, and Nephew Christopher Freeman.

Betty loved her family, kayaking, country music, animals (especially bears), meat raffles and shopping.

A celebration of life will be held November 18^th, 2022, at Bay Alliance Church from 4-6pm at 40 Cypress Street, Buzzards Bay Ma 02532
