The auction of the Everett School has been delayed, Town Administrator Derek Sullivan said at the Nov. 16 Select Board’s meeting. The school will soon be appraised.

Another property will be auctioned on Dec. 9, however — a house located on Apple Street.

Sullivan said that he plans for the school to be auctioned off soon.
