Families flock to Easter egg hunt in Onset

Kids ran across the field at the Prospect Park bandshell on a sunny Saturday afternoon to hunt for eggs, get some snacks and celebrate Easter at the ninth annual Onset Village Easter Egg Hunt.
After an 8 a.m. pancake breakfast to support the Boys and Girls Club of Wareham/Onset at Marc Anthony's, kids took to the field across the street at 11 a.m. for a quest to find eggs.
In addition to candy eggs, there were cupcakes and other snacks being handed out at the Onset Bay Association-sponsored event.
