The first Jeffrey Brian Bailey Jr. Memorial Ride and celebration will be held on Sept. 30 at the Wareham-New Bedford Lodge of Elks #73, 2855 Cranberry Highway, from noon to 5 p.m. The event will celebrate the life of Bailey, a Wareham resident who passed away in March. Proceeds will benefit those struggling with sobriety and a college fund for Bailey’s daughter, Brooklyn. The event will feature a motorcycle run, live music from two bands, Afterthought and Station Street Band, and a barbecue.

Registration for the motorcycle ride is from 9 to 11 a.m. Kick stands go up at 11:30 a.m. Tickets cost $25 per rider and $15 per passenger. The cost to attend the event is $15, kids 12 and younger attend free. Food, raffles, corn hole and a party truck will also be featured.
