New charges were filed against Lakeville resident and former Lakeville Fire Lieutenant Tom Dunlevy, 51, in regards to an incident that occurred in Wareham in July 2014. The new charges include rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, selling liquor to a person under 21, according to the Wareham Police Department.

These charges were added by the Wareham PD detectives to the original charges against Dunlevy regarding an incident that occurred on July 6, 2014 during a camping stay at Cape Cod Maple Park Campground in East Wareham, according to authorities.

Details of the incident and the name of the male victim will not be released at this time, police said.

Dunlevy is currently being held in custody at Barnstable County House of Correction on a $25,000 cash bail, according to police.
