Francine M. 'Fran' (Raggiani) Fahey

Francine M. “Fran” (Raggiani) Fahey, of Sagamore Beach, passed away December 8 with her husband by her side. Fran is the beloved wife of 28 years of Robert M. “Rob” Fahey.

Fran was born in Brockton the daughter of the late Emilio and Beverly (Rebello) Raggiani. She was a graduate of Stoughton High School and a1986 honors graduate of Dean College in Franklin with an associates degree in early childhood education.

Fran was employed by the Diocese of Fall River at Saint Margaret Regional School in Bourne for 15 years. She was the kindergarten instructional assistant and was also responsible for the planning and teaching of religious education for her young students. She cherished her time spent with her students and was much-loved in return. Fran retired from her position in November of this year.

Fran was a communicant of Corpus Christi Parish in East Sandwich. She enjoyed reading and shopping at area craft fairs and small specialty stores looking for that unique gift. It was always a simple pleasure that brought her much happiness.

In addition to her husband Rob, Fran is survived by her children, Dorine Pinkham of Bridgewater, Tina Campanario of Rochester, Michael Fahey of Bourne, and Brendan Fahey of Marshfield. She is the sister of Barbara Mondor of Stoughton, Al Raggiani of Raynham, and Janice Cunha of Stoughton. She is also the loving grandmother of eight grandchildren, daughter-in-law of Bob and Dotty Fahey of Franklin, and is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Her funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 13, at 10:30 a.m. in Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road (exit 3) off Rt. 6 in East Sandwich. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday December 12, from 4-8 pm in the church.
