To the Editor:

The Friends of the Wareham Elderly wishes to thank all the members of the Wareham-New Bedford Lodge of the Elks No. 73 in Wareham, David R. Carson Per Exalted ruler and David P. Trudell Per Secretary for the wonderful donation to us this past December. It will be well used!

The Friends of Wareham's Elderly is small non-profit in Wareham who sees to the emergency needs of disabled over-55 and elders over 60. We've never turned anyone down since the group's inception in 1987.

We would also like to thank everyone at the Arbella Mutual Insurance Company in Bridgewater for the same consideration of their very generous donation to Friends.

God bless them both for it. It will give some peace to seniors as well.
