Friends of the Wareham Free Library Nov. Book Auction

There are 3 books for the November book auction at the Wareham Free Library.  The first is Blue-water Men and Other Cape Codders by Katharine Crosby, published by Macmillam Company in 1946.  This book describes early life in each of the Cape Cod towns.  The second is Narratives of the Insurrections, 1676 to 1690, by Charles Andrews (editor) published by Barnes & Noble, Inc., 1967.  The book traces the early history of our republic.  Third volume is Captain Charles Hervey Townshend - Self Portrait of an American Packet Ship Sailor, published by the Marine Historical Association, Inc., Mystic, Connecticut, 1940.  You may view these books near the circulation desk in the front lobby.  Bidding ends Nov. 29th at 1:30pm.

The successful bidder on the 11 volumes by Joseph Lincoln was Peter Santiago for $100.00.
