Hey baby, it's cold outside! But not at the library... the Friends of the Wareham Free Library invite you to the Wareham Free Library for a used book sale on Friday, Jan. 21 from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 22, from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The self-serve sale, located in the Friends Corner of the library, promises an exciting selection of gently used books and tapes, CDs, and DVDs for adults and children. There will also be a Longaberger Snowman Hat Basket raffle at the book sale. Tickets are $1 for one, or $5 for six. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Wareham Free Library.

Frosty the Snowman will also be meeting and greeting children at the library on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 11 a.m. The free event, sponsored by the Friends, will feature kid-friendly activities and cocoa for all.
