New Concepts Fund, Inc. will be holding a fundraiser for Wareham seniors at Papa Gino's, Thursday Aug. 28 from 4 to 9 p.m.

Twenty percent of sales will go to New Concepts Fund Inc, who will purchase Shaw's gift cards for senior citizens. New Concepts Fund, Inc. distributes the gift cards to the Wareham Council of Aging and the senior center will hand the cards out to the seniors.

New Concept Fund officials said with the senior center's budget cuts, this fundraiser is particularly important to the town's seniors. In the last three years, the New Concepts Fund has raised $1,228 in gift cards for Wareham seniors.

Those wishing to participate must as for an event flyer at Papa Gino's at the register when placing their order, so that 20 percent of the purchase goes to the New Concepts Fund. Papa Gino's is located at 2899 Cranberry Highway.
