The Wareham Garden Club will hold its annual Spring Plant and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 8, at the Fellowship Hall of the First Congregational Church on Gibbs Avenue from 9 a.m. until noon.

This year the club will offer many flowering plants, memorial arrangements, and baked goods perfect for Mother's Day, which is the next day!   Free soil testing will also be available.

The Spring Plant and Bake Sale is a major fundraiser for the nonprofit club, which provides many services to the community each year, including: holiday decorations, garden therapy projects in local rehabilitation centers, summer flower planters throughout the town, and a $1,000 scholarship to a local student. The Wareham Garden Club is a member of The Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts and The National Garden Clubs, Inc.
