The first regular monthly meeting of the season for the Wareham Garden Club will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11 at St. Patrick’s Church.

Horticulture this month is “Early Autumn Blooms.” Members are encouraged to bring in their examples for this non-judged showing.

Following Horticulture, this month’s program is “Myths, Lies and All the Latest Dirt” presented by C.L. Fornari, accredited flower show judge and radio talk show host.

Guests are welcome to attend the monthly meetings at no charge. Email the club at warehamgardenclub@gmail.com for additional information or visit them on Facebook. Members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the monthly meetings which will be donated to a local food pantry.
