Garth H. Hines, 47, of Whitman died on April 29, 2014 in Wareham. He was the son of the late Leslie and Veronica Hines.

Garth loved fishing and camping with his father when he was younger. In 2013 he opened Land Electronics 2 in Raynham, which he loved. Garth also enjoyed watching the History Channel on television, and playing video games. He was loved by everyone he met.

Garth is survived by his wife Debra ( Hume ) Hines; his four stepchildren Jeremy Welch of Whitman, Jamie Harding of Whitman, Leann Truehart of Whitman, and Alex Truehart of Whitman; grandchildren Ava Truehart, and Abagail Welch, both of Whitman. He is also survived by his brother Gregory Hines of Hyannis.
