The Gateway Babe Ruth baseball league will host an open house for players ages 8 to 14 years old and their parents on June 11 starting at noon at Dexter Field in Rochester, 55 Dexter Lane.

The open house includes a free cookout. Information on joining the league will be available for players 8 to 14 years old.

League officials also announced that summer camp registration is open. The five-week camp starts Aug. 13 and will be held on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
