The Wareham Land Trust is offering a peaceful alternative to Black Friday shopping with its Green Friday Walk and Talk. Meet other nature lovers and enjoy the outdoors during this 1.5-mile walk through the Great Neck Conservation Area, 34 Crooked River Rd., from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29. This event is free, but registration is requested at www.warehamlandtrust.org.
