The results are in for week 4 of Wareham JBA's Jason J. Andrade Memorial Summer Basketball League!

The current division standings, with tiebreakers taken into account, are as follows.

Division 1 Boys - 1. Thunder (4-0), 2. Bulls (2-2), 3. Grizzlies (2-2), 4. Bucks (2-2), 5. Hornets (1-3), 6. Lakers (1-3)

Division 1 Girls - 1. Storm (3-1), 2. Mercury (3-1), 3. Sparks (1-3), 4. Sky (1-3)

Division 2 Boys - 1. Runnin' Rebels (3-1), 2. Demon Deacons (3-1), 3. Eagles (2-2), 4. Minutemen (0-4)

Division 2 Boys

Nana's Ice Cream Parlor Demon Deacons, 38; Silvia's Concession Runnin' Rebels, 37

The Demon Deacons stunned the previously undefeated Runnin' Rebels with Tyler Noe scoring 18 points and Justin Lopes addding 13 points. Dominic Mello finished the game with 7 points.

Seth Andrade's 21 points led the Rebels. Danny Minkle had 6 points. Joey Silvia and Kaemen Thomas each scored 3 points. Jackson Cote and Brandon Minkle had 2 points apiece.

Wareham Police Association Eagles, 28; Cotter Machine Company Minutemen, 20

The Eagles ended their two game losing streak thanks to 16 points from Bryce Fernandes. James Tobey scored 6 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Tyler Santos hit for 4 points and Josh Debarros chipped in with 2 points.

Taylor Carlson and Jonah Depina scored 7 points apiece to lead the Minutemen offense. Davis McCain, Tony Lopez and Christian Hagopian added 2 points apiece.

 

Division 1 Girls

In Memory of Ann Marie Uva Storm, 29; Salerno's Function Hall Sky, 20

Storm point guard Jillian Mello scored 10 points to help capture the the team's 3rd win of the season. Kendall Baptiste had 7 points and Blossom Roberge added 6 points. Isabella Roberge, Amber Borden and Jala Yates chipped in with 2 points apiece.

Jamie McCormack scored 9 points (on a trio of three point shots) to lead the Sky. Sasha Miceli added 5 points and Maggie Robbins hit for 4 points. Gabrielle Lefrancois hit a pair of foul shots.

Team Onujiogu Mercury, 29; In Memory of David Silva Sparks, 20

The Mercury got 17 points from Bailey Colon to hold off the Sparks and keep pace with the Storm for the division lead. Tieyanna Yancey and Amalia Santos had 4 points. Tiara Duarte and Jasmyn Onujiogu finished with 2 points apiece.

Erica Trask scored 15 points for the Sparks. Ann Marie Luppino had 3 points and Kali Fernandes chipped in with 2 points.

 

Division 1 Boys

Marc Anthony's Bucks, 51; J & M Realty Hornets, 29

Cotter Machine Company Thunder, 43; Shirt Shack Bulls, 35

The Thunder remained undefeated thanks to 28 points from Jahmal Silva. Durell Barros had 6 points and Adrian Dugre added 5 points. Robert Evans and Brian Morin each tallied 2 points.

The Bulls pushed the Thunder all game long with Ashantay Tavares scoring 10 points to lead their offense. Jamual Sims scored 9 points while both Alexx Rezendes and Mason Lopes finished with 8 points.

Narrows Crossing Restaurant Grizzlies, 51; Sweet D Lakers, 39

Joshua Onujiogu and Jonathan Warden combined for 28 points to power the Grizzlies past the Lakers. Nick Perry scored 8 points. Michael Gill, Terance Newell and Joshua Nawoichik each scored 5 points.

Tyler Rondeau scored 17 points to lead the Lakers. Stephen McCarthy added 8 points and Dyondre Dominguez had 4 points. Jared Yates and T.J. Barboza finished with 3 points. Deion Debarros and C.J. Merritt each hit for 2 points.
