Joshua T. McKiernan, 42
Joshua T. McKiernan, 42, of Wareham, died Saturday, May 23 at home surrounded by family, after a long illness.
Joshua was born in Wareham and lived there his whole life.
He is survived by his devoted husband Jonathan Keene, his mother Mary McKiernan, his brother Brennan McKiernan and his wife Janelle and their son Jacob all of Wareham. His Aunts and Uncles, James and Linda McKiernan of Wareham and Martin and Michele Craven of Tewksbury. He is also survived by his cousins with whom he shared a special bond. He is predeceased by his father, Thomas McKiernan.
Joshua graduated from Wareham High School and attended University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
He was a Placement Specialist at Nonatuck Resource Associates of Plymouth.
He attended The First Unitarian Universalist Society of Middleboro. He sang and directed the Saints and Singers Choir for many years. Joshua had many talents and was the lead in the Big Fish production of the First Parish Players last winter. He loved his dogs, reading, Dr. Who, crocheting, and his many friends and family.
His celebration of life will be held at a later date.
