As cold air blows in, the Wareham High School Key Club is trying to keep children warm.
The Key Club will distribute 250 brand new winter coats to children in need in and around Wareham on Saturday, Nov. 14.
Children who attend the drive can receive a coat for free.
Chris Thornell of New England Family Chiropractic has collected coats at his practice for the drive. Staff, patrons and community members have donated coats each year since 2005.
Last year, 228 coats were collected during the drive, according to Thornell.
A time has not yet been set, but Thornell said it will likely take place in the morning.
